Mother and daughter Myrol do not deny their roots at all. Born and raised on a Canadian farm and the sound studio in the basement is the foundation of their success. Their music ranges from alt country, traditional country and a lot of roots. The two voices are in perfect harmony and the comparison with "The Judds" is easily made, but Joanne and Haley go one notch further. Mother Joanne has written great songs for other artists and got herself among others, together with, Colin Linden, Corb Lund and Fred Eaglesmith on stage. The Myrol debut album "Your Heart Is My Heart Too" was published in 2006 in Canada, the United States and Europe. Besides the many music awards, the talent of the ladies in 2009 was awarded with a second place in the Billboard Songwriting Competition for their song "The Mighty Peace".
