Members of that team have played together since 2001. At first all group songs were created by Aldis Rullis. Howether, there is another musician, have been playing in the group for the second year: he is tallented and perspective 18-year old steel giutar player Kristaps, the son of Aldis. „Emburgas Zeni“ mostly plays sogns in latvian language. Since 2001 each year musicians have taken part in the Bauske country music festival. The band has released two compact discs – in 2007 and 2008.

In 2003 the band was on tour in USA and Canada, where they played 23 concerts. Since 2009 the group members have closely cooperated with lithuanian guitar player Sepa (Edgar Pishchikas).
