Kukurūza (Russia)

The members of the “Kukuruza” band are veterans and undisputed leaders of Russian country stage. The history of the band began in the middle of the seventies of the last century! The repertory of the “Kukuruza” band embodies both the traditional country and country rock music, a little bit of blues’s and rock’n’roll’s tunes, also some original songs in Russian. What hasn’t changed is absolutely positive mood, clear and adjusted sound of the instruments plus perpetual talent for improvisation and experiments. The modern “Kukuruza” means a friendly solidary team of the professional musicians, every member of which is a charming creative personality.
