Mary Ann Scot was born and brought up in Scotland. She left Scotland to travel and ended up living in Belgium.

Over the years M.A. Scot became a great country fan, listening to singers such as Lynne Anderson, Faith Hill, 

Patti Loveless,... widening her knowledge from country classics to country rock and country blues, country 

swing... Bonnie Raitt, Dixie Chicks etc Faith Hill, Trisha Yearwood, the Judds; singing in country and western 

festivals all over Europe. With the band she have taken part in lots of festivals such as: Silkeborg Denmark, 

Berlin Germany, Iceland, Luxembourg, Scotland, France Mirande, Cambrai, Valencienne, and many many more. 

Marry Ann Scot and band have brought out a new CD in July this year and the CD is 100 % original songs, the 

music has been written by Guy Rens the keyboard player, Stama Pitropakis the lead guitar and I have written the 

texts for the songs.
